Delays and Emergency Closings

When the Superintendent of Schools decides schools must be closed or delayed due to weather conditions, announcements will be made to that effect through our telephone notification system, Connect-ED, and over the following radio and TV stations:

WALK (97.5 FM & 1370 AM)
WBLI (106.5 FM)
WINS (1010 AM)
WBAB (102.3 FM)
WCBS (880 AM & 101.1 FM)
Cablevision TV News 12 and www.news12.com

Additionally, residents may call 631-893-7900 and select option 8 for school closing information.
